Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• All unworn and unwashed products purchased from CollegeBaby.com are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in the condition you received them with all original tags attached. 

• Shipping charges are not eligible for a refund. Only merchandise is eligible for a refund.

• Please note that returns will not be approved for a refund if the products returned after inspection appear to be used, worn, or washed.

• Returns do not apply for Gift Card or eGift Card purchases.

• CollegeBaby.com will pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective product received).

Returns and Refunds Policy (Specific to Size Run Orders)

• At CollegeBaby, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a fair shopping experience. To maintain the integrity of our inventory and provide the best service to all customers, we have implemented the following policy regarding "size run" orders and returns:

  Definition of a "Size Run" Order:
  For the purpose of this policy, a "size run" order is defined as the purchase of 3 or more sizes and/or all available sizes of a single style or product by an individual customer, regardless of the quantity of each size purchased. This includes, but is not limited to, ordering one of every size (e.g., 0-3M, 3-6M, 6-9M, 12M) in a particular bodysuit, shirt, jacket, pant, top, overall, dress, or uniform style.

  Policy on Returns from Size Run Orders:
  If a customer places a "size run" order with the apparent intention of trying on multiple sizes and returning all but one, or returning all items, we reserve the right to decline processing refunds for the returned items from that specific order.

  Exceptions and Important Considerations:

  Defective or Damaged Items: This policy does not apply to items that are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival. Standard return procedures for defective or damaged goods will still apply, provided such claims are made within 14 days of receipt and supported by appropriate documentation (e.g., photographs).

  Customer Communication: We encourage customers who are unsure about sizing to contact our customer service team prior to placing an order. We are happy to provide detailed sizing charts, measurements, and personalized recommendations to help you make an informed decision.

  Abuse of Return Policy: This policy is designed to prevent abuse of our return system. Repeated or excessive "size run" orders with subsequent mass returns may result in the refusal of future sales to the customer.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, you must have a registered account on CollegeBaby.com with the email address used to make the purchase. Click the person icon on the top right navigation bar and click create one now if you did not previously create an account.

• Once logged in, click Create Return within My Orders tab to initiate the return process. Fill out the details in the requested form and we will email you a prepaid shipping label for you to send the products back to us.

• All returns will be subject to an $8.99 charge for return shipping.

• Place the products to be returned in a padded envelope with the provided emailed shipping label.
